$15 CAD flat rate + tax
For eligible products. Frozen food, raw bones and bags of kibble are available for local delivery or pickup only.
How to order
- Shop your pet’s favourites and add them to your bag.
- At checkout, choose Ship and enter your address. Select Standard shipping for $15 shipping within Canada, or Local delivery when your address and order qualify.
- Review the delivery option and total before placing your order. Watch your inbox for your order confirmation.
- For local delivery with frozen products, leave a cooler outside on Friday and bring frozen items inside promptly. Frozen products, raw bones and bags of kibble are not available for shipping.
Frozen items & kibble
Frozen food, raw bones and bags of kibble are available for local delivery or free store pickup only. For a local delivery containing frozen items, please leave a cooler outside your door on delivery day and bring the frozen items inside promptly.
In-Store Pickup
Choose free pickup at checkout, and we’ll send you an email when everything is ready. Your order will be waiting for you for 7 calendar days. There’s free parking in the back for an easy stop on your way.
