North Vancouver, West Vancouver & Vancouver
Local delivery is available to eligible postal codes. Enter your full address at checkout to see whether your home is in our delivery area.
Your Friday delivery
Order by Thursday at 4pm for Friday delivery, 11am–6pm. There is no delivery on BC statutory holidays.
Simple delivery fees
$75 minimum before tax.
$75–$124.99: $10 + tax delivery.
$125 or more: free delivery.
Order thresholds are before tax.
How to order
- Shop your pet’s favourites and add them to your bag.
- At checkout, choose Ship and enter your delivery address. Select Local delivery when it appears.
- Add your phone number and helpful delivery instructions. Watch your inbox for your order confirmation.
- If your order includes frozen raw food, leave a cooler outside on Friday and bring your frozen items inside promptly.
Keeping their favourites fresh
If your order includes frozen raw food, please pop a cooler outside your door on delivery day, and we’ll tuck your frozen favourites inside. Bringing everything into the freezer soon after it arrives helps keep it fresh and ready for mealtime. No frozen raw food in your order? No cooler needed! Frozen food is available through our local delivery service or free pickup at In the Raw.
In-Store Pickup
Choose free pickup at checkout, and we’ll send you an email when everything is ready. Your order will be waiting for you for 7 calendar days. There’s free parking in the back for an easy stop on your way.
