Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently do not offer shipping. We will begin shipping dry orders to customers in the Lower Mainland (from West Vancouver to Abbotsford) very soon!
Free pickup is always available in-store.
Do you ship frozen raw food?
We do not ship frozen raw food. You can buy frozen raw food on this website and we will notify you when your items are ready for pickup.
How long will you hold my items for?
We will hold all items for 7 calendar days. After 7 calendar days, you will be refunded and your items put back in stock.
How can I track my order?
We will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup.

Returns
What is your return policy?
Due to frozen food handling protocols, we do not accept returns of frozen food. You are welcome to donate these items back to us and we will give the food to an animal shelter.
You are welcome to return other items in "new" condition in their original packaging with a store receipt within 30 calendar days from date of purchase.
Please note not all brands have a palatability guarantee. Speak to our staff for more information.
How do I return products?
Log into your account, click on "orders" and follow the instructions. Reach out to us if you need assistance.
How long will it take to get my money back?
Once we receive the items and we confirm an eligible return, please allow 5-7 business days for the transaction to show up on your bank statement.
