Shipping policy

Order processing

Please allow one business day for order processing. We will email you when a pickup order is ready or to confirm your local delivery.

Free store pickup

Pickup is available at 142A 3rd Street West, North Vancouver, BC V7M 1E8. Orders may be picked up daily from 10am to 6pm after you receive a ready-for-pickup email. The store is closed on BC statutory holidays.

Friday local delivery

Local delivery is available in North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and Vancouver on Fridays from 11am to 6pm. Orders must be placed by 4pm Thursday. Delivery is unavailable when Friday is a BC statutory holiday.

The minimum local-delivery order is $75 before tax. Delivery is $15 + tax for orders below $125 before tax and free for orders of $125 or more before tax. If Local delivery does not appear at checkout, the postal code or order does not meet the requirements.

We do not provide a cooler. Please leave one outside your door. Customers are responsible for delivered items left unattended, including thawing or theft.

Shipping

Frozen food cannot be shipped; it is available only for local delivery or store pickup. If dry-goods shipping is available for your address, the rate and estimated timing will be shown at checkout. We do not ship outside Canada.

Returns

Frozen food cannot be returned after it has left the store or been delivered. Other returns are governed by our Return and refund policy. If an order arrives damaged, email hello@intherawpetfood.ca with your order number and a photo so we can help.
