next-day delivery

Monday-Sunday, except stat holidays. Order must be in by 4pm the day before delivery. If you need delivery on a different day, specify so in the comments.

delivery window

11am-5pm. Customers can choose a two-hour window any day between these hours. Once your order is complete, we will reach out to you via email asking when you would like your items delivered.

Our deliveries will not include a cooler. Please leave yours outside your door. This minimizes our carbon footprint. In The Raw nor the delivery company are responsible for items left outside and thawed or stolen.

After you've selected your products, head to your cart. Select "Ship" and enter your address. Select "Local delivery", add your phone number, and instructions if applicable.

A couple of reminders: the order minumum is $50; if you do not have a postal code in our service area, you will not be able to select Local delivery; we do not ship frozen food; frozen food that has been delivered cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
