Orders can be picked up daily, from 10-6. Store is closed all BC stat holidays. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
CARBON-NEUTRAL LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for postal codes in North + West Vancouver, Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, New West, Port Moody, Coquitlam, and Port Coquitlam. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed before 4pm will be delivered the next day between 10:30 and 3pm. If you'd like delivery on a later date, you must specify so in the comments.
On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS at the start of the day, when the delivery is next in the route, and when the order has been completed.
Minimum delivery order is $25. From $25-75, local delivery costs $15, from $75 onwards local delivery costs $20. This is due to us being charged by weight. The maximum order weight is 60 lbs.
In The Raw nor the delivery company are responsible for items left outside and thawed or stolen. Please leave a cooler bag outside your door for the delivery person to place your frozen items in.
SHIPPING
We do not ship frozen food. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days using Canada Post. We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Returns Policy
Frozen food that has left the store cannot be returned. This is a standard policy with frozen food that guarantees the products you're buying have been handled professionally by our suppliers and the store only.
For other items, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@intherawpetfood.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
